Why can't I just use the pressure cleaner I bought at the hardware store?

Domestic pressure cleaners are not made to do much. They are low flow and high pressure. This results in either inconsistent lines across the work area or stripped paint and damaged render. They often can't reach the work area (such as eaves and gutters) and definitely won't kill or prevent mould regrowth.

Why is soft washing better than pressure washing?

Soft washing uses high flow but low pressure equipment. We create a solution on site to target the grime, dirt and mould build up on your house and apply it at low pressure. This cleans effectively without risking damage to weatherboards, render or cladding that high pressure washing can cause.

Will my windows get dirty when you wash my house?

Your windows won't get dirty, but they will get covered in solution and rinse water. At the end of the job we use our water fed pole system with Pure H2O Treatment — our on board filtration system purifies the water so it cleans spot free, leaving the view from your windows better than ever.

Mainly to make your house look great, but washing your house also extends the life of your paint by stopping mould and lichen from taking hold. Many of our customers were considering repainting before discovering how much of a transformation a professional soft wash can achieve.

Yes, we are insured with Berkley Insurance. We include a copy of our Certificate of Currency with every quote, along with copies of our Work Safely at Heights certification and High Risk Work License.
